It is also durable and available in many wood-look styles. However, proper installation and subfloor preparation are important, especially in Florida's warm and humid climate. 

 For homes near the beach, we recommend porcelain tile or high-quality waterproof LVP/SPC. These materials handle moisture, sand, humidity, and heavy foot traffic well. Porcelain tile is especially durable and easy to clean, while LVP provides a warmer, more comfortable feel and beautiful wood-look options. 

 In many cases, yes. Depending on the condition, height, and stability of the existing tile, some flooring products—such as LVP—can be installed directly over existing tile. The existing surface must be properly evaluated and prepared first. We will determine whether installation over the existing floor is appropriate for your project.

Some materials may be able to be saved, while others may need to be replaced to prevent ongoing moisture problems, odors, or damage.  Yes. Proper subfloor preparation is an important part of a quality installation. Depending on the condition, preparation may include leveling, repairs, crack isolation, or other necessary work.
